We are looking for a qualified Senior Account Manager to join our sales team. You will develop strategic plans for retaining and growing accounts to ensure clients receive maximum value from our services. You will prepare implementation plans, lead client on-boarding, present content strategy and annual plan, work closely with clients to identify needs that include content approval workflows and consultation on best practices for solutions and setup.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be tasked with understanding customer needs, conducting follow-ups with prospective leads, and improving customer service processes. You will supervise account representatives to ensure customer needs are met. You will also be responsible for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities.
