Today, we are breaking the ice with Azeez Adeleke, one of our delivery consultants. He's been with us for 1 year and 2 months.
- What's the coolest thing about your job?
One of the coolest aspects of my job is the continuous learning experience. I get to engage with customers, understand their unique challenges, and in the process, expand my knowledge base. Each engagement presents its own set of challenges, and successfully navigating through them gives me a real sense of achievement. We have this incredible atmosphere of healthy competition within our team, which continually motivates us to raise the bar and strive for excellence. It's like a perpetual journey of self-improvement, and I love being a part of it!
- What's your favourite hobby outside of work?
Volunteering, fitness and nature exploration - I'm looking to do more of these though.
- What's the best advice you've ever received?
To be grateful at all times and to remember everything happens for a good reason, eventually.
- If you could switch roles with someone for a day, who would it be and why?
The president of the United States, I probably understand why they age so fast in that position but I would like to see and feel it for a day.
- What's a fun fact about you that most people would not guess?
I would like to think about myself as a wonderful cook. I am not adventurous with food but I strive to cook the dishes I am familiar with to perfection.
